What is this store’s return and exchange policy?

Costumes are sold as is. There are no refunds or exchanges on costumes. If you have questions about fit please ask before purchasing.

Refunds
+ Only available if item is damaged during shipping. Refund will be given once the damaged product has been returned and recieved.
+ Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges.

Exchanges
+ If item is damaged during shipping I’ll be happy to exchange it for another.
+ If you are un-happy with item you can exchange it with something else if you so wish, but I will NOT cover return shipping.

Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

Yes! Posters have a flat rate of $10.

Costumes please contact me to give you an accurate quote.

How long will it take to receive my order?

PLEASE READ REGARDING PROCESSING TIME
Due to my heavy travel schedule for conventions, orders can take up to 2-3 weeks to be shipped.  I try to ship orders out once a week.

SHIPPING ADDRESS:
I will ship your order to the address you specify on the order, so please be sure that your PayPal address matches. THANK YOU ahead of time!

Domestic
+ Shipping within the USA will be USPS First Class Mail.
+ Expedited shipping is available upon request for an extra charge. Please contact if you need this service.
+ Item does not ship until payment clears.

International
+ Shipping will be through USPS via First Class International Mail.
+ There are no upgrades available for International Orders.
+ Any Customs fees are the buyers responsibility.

PLEASE NOTE! Orders are not considered “Lost” in transit until the following amount of time has passed:
Domestic (U.S): 21 days past shipping date
International: 45 days past shipping date
If the set time listed above has passed and you still have not received your order, please convo me to resolve.

Does the buy 3 get one free include the 3 Packs?

No. The 3 packs are not included in the buy three prints get one free offer.

 

I need this _______ by a certain date, can you do that?

YES!

However, if you need something in a short time span, please message me first to make sure I can do it in the time you need it. Once an order is placed I can’t alway insure that it will arrive by when you need it. So please message me first!

How do I pay for my order? Is it secure?

The checkout process uses PayPal, one of the most trusted online payment solutions on the web. Because of this, my store has all the same securities and payment fraud protection as PayPal.com. Before entering any personal credit card information, you will be transferred to PayPal’s secure servers. PayPal accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Diners Club. You may also make payments using your bank account, but this may delay your order.
